Used Car Buyer Beware Do Not buy from here. Or at least don't deal with Reggie. He lied straight to my face and told me the car was driven by dealership only. They included Do Not buy from here. Told me the car had never been smoked in, but I looked up the former owner on Facebook and there she is... cigarette in hand. He tried to sell me a manual car at first and I just said no, I don't want a manual. He laughed and said "oh, you can't drive a manual?! we can teach you". No, I can drive a manual, I'm not buying a manual, there's a difference. When asked for my phone number he automatically cuts me off and tries to start off with Saying "405" area code, which had he paid attention and listened, he would have known I was from out of town and do not have the same area code. I actually found the car on Carfax, get to the dealership, and they have a different price listed, said they can't honor the Carfax price, yet messaged me through the Carfax website and included the Carfax paperwork. I had been talking with another salesperson the week before, as I was coming in from out of town, I honestly think they raised the price of the car bc they knew I was interested and coming in to look at it. LOL what a scam. I should have got up and left, but instead I stayed through 3 hours of hackling and ended up with the car but paying too much for it. Window tint and car mats are on buyer here. They had some cheap black rubber Automax mats in there that Reggie thought were great. He also said they don't tint windows there. He acted like I was taking his right arm when I said he needed to fill up the tank. Did I mention they threw in a free oil change and fill up? LOL again, I am from out of town so I would be driving 100 miles for it. Great car, horrible salesperson. Go to another Hyundai Dealer, there are plenty of them around. More

Excellent Quality Work I have used the Automax Service Department to maintain our Hyundai vehicles for approximately 12 years now. During that time Scott Gould has primarily I have used the Automax Service Department to maintain our Hyundai vehicles for approximately 12 years now. During that time Scott Gould has primarily been my service advisor. There have been several instances over the years whereby an immediate response from the service department was required to remedy a problem. That being said, Scott has always made me feel like my vehicle was the most important one in the shop, by addressing the issue as soon as I pull in the service area. There have been few problems over the years, and when they have occurred the issue has been appropriately resolved. There have also been instances whereby I was not charged for a service and/or part. My most recent experience, however, is the one that stands out the most. An oil leak had developed around a particular gasket after the 10 year warranty had expired. The cost to repair the leak was very expensive. Scott contacted Hyundai Corporation on my behalf, and they agreed to repair the leak at no cost. If you want to be treated like family, take your vehicle to the Automax Service Department. If you want to be treated like a customer, take it somewhere else. More
