Tyler, in the service department was very helpful in getting our 2017 S Santa Fe car diagnosed with an oil leak issue. He was honest in telling us the situation and didn’t try to add a list of other problems like some vertical repair shops try to do. What is also important to note was the cost of repair as we were highly concerned being a car dealership, we would pay considerably higher repair costs. However, we found the repair cost was comparable to other places which is acceptable. Tyler informed us promptly of our problem and got it resolved. He was friendly, professional as well as the nice dark haired lady at the service desk who took our payment for the repair. The length of time the repair took was good. More

We bought our Santa Fe from Automax about two years ago and it has been a great car. We drive it a lot and have put 37,000 miles on it these past two years. We've gotten great service there, they are exceptional and answer all our questions, they are prompt and they don't try to oversell us on extra services. The service reps are really nice about explaining the digital control features for the options on the car that I'm too lazy to read about in the manual. Recently we've dealt with Ricky in the service department and he's taken great care of our car and us. We had a little rattle noise that started up and he got the car right in and they found the screw that had gotten loose on a piece of trim and they fixed us up quickly for free. We love this car and the service department is super. More

Ricky K. was awesome. Took my vehicle right in. Checked to make sure all recalls are current. Very clean facility. However, word of advice, do not let them was awesome. Took my vehicle right in.
