Will never come back All they care is seeling you the car, afterwards they treat you completly different. Delayed in delivering the registration, lost the spare key and and mats as well. Don't really care the material things, but i wish i was treated the same way when i was in the processing of buying frol them. WILL NEVER COME BACK. More

not a good dealership in the least The dealership has unqualified and inexperienced employees. Although they seem experienced at putting on a fake façade. After making the deposit for the car, everything went downhill. I took days off from work for my scheduled pick-up date which kept being put off a day at a time for 7 straight days. I had to bother them to get the car I had purchased. I was ignored and lied to. And to add to that, later I found out the car had defects I suspect DirectAutoMall was hiding from me. I had the car serviced elsewhere because dealing with the place is a chaotic mess and completely unprofessional. Not sure how reviews here are moderate.. Yelp reviews paints the real picture of DirectAutoMall. More
