Pleasant experience amidst the chaos... When i first walked into Direct Auto Mall on a Sunday i was taken back a bit by the amount of people and shear chaotic noise. Instead of leaving i decided to stick it through. Within 10 minutes of waiting i was greeted by Felipe Amabile. Felipe was very pleasant right from the get go and applied no salesman pressure tactics. He went with me and my father for a test drive and answered all questions i had. He was helpful and honest. Felipe put my concerns at ease and was calm amidst the large number of people on the sales floor. He worked hard to get me the best value for my trade in and worked out a great deal for my new vehicle. My new vehicle was very clean and detailed. I would not be afraid to do business with Direct Auto Mall again. I would surely recommend Filepe as he is a asset to their company. Felipe helped me on Sunday June 28th 2015...
