I visited direct automall with no intention of purchasing a vehicle since I had two dealers to visit later that evening. But with the help of Osvaldo Simoes he was not only able to convince me of the purchase, but able to help me get approve that night before it was sold off to another party that was already in the bank approval stage before me. I felt like this truck was destined for me. It has been a week since I've had it in my care and I love it and Osvaldo is still calling to make sure I got the repairs completed and all my paperwork in order. Great salesman hands down with nothing to worry about. As for the facility, it's awesome and everyone else is very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND More

We met Derek Torres and he made the process of purchasing a car so simple. He was extremely friendly and professional and was sure that we understood everything that was going on. He even delivered my vehicle to me after he got out of work! It’s saved me a 45 minute drive each way and I greatly appreciated it! I would definitely buy a vehicle from Derek again and will recommend him to my friends and family. More

Complete Incompetence From Beginning to End This has been the worst experience my husband and I have ever had buying a car. We have bought, traded, and sold 26 cars since my husband was 15 (he's 33 now) and never ONCE has he been given the run around, blatantly lied to and misled, struggled with communication, and had such trouble simply registering a vehicle out of state. We are told one thing and then told "we'll get back to you", which doesn't happen, so my husband will call to follow up and then get different information. There are too many hands in the pot, everyone has to "ask their boss" before doing ANYTHING, and for being a neighboring state to New York, they and their finance department have NO IDEA what they are doing or how to register a vehicle. My husband offered to do it himself no problem since we've done it so many times before, but they insisted they must do it themselves because it was their bank financing the vehicle. He STILL had to walk THEM through the process, it STILL took them TWO WEEKS, they STILL made mistakes and are trying to make us pay for them, and we STILL don't have possession of our vehicle even though we have financed it and insured it for 2 weeks now IN ADDITION to having to pay for and insure the vehicle we are trading in. If we could cancel this deal, we would in a heartbeat. PLEASE save yourself the hassle of working with this business. Weeks of phone calls, chasing MULTIPLE people down for information and updates, and sheer incompetence are the only things you'll find upon entering into a deal. More

WASTE OF MY TIME - OUT OF STATE BUYERS STAY AWAY!!! Christopher Aragao was a good an patient sales rep. However, the sales reps at this dealership don't make the final decision. Very nice vehicle. But had a clunk when you put it in 4WD Low during my test drive. VIN #: 1FTFW1EF0GFC92400 - So the sales rep assures me that the vehicle still has the power train warranty on it from the factory - Concerning but not a deal breaker. Finance Team and Sales Team both assured me that I could use a Cashiers Check. - OK so far Then when we went to close the deal several things went Sour. 1) Finance Guy tried to charge me sales tax. - Sales tax does not apply when you are buying the vehicle and taking it to another state. - You pay the sales tax when you register the vehicle in the state you live in - Strike one 2) They could not produce a title for the vehicle (said it was locked away in a safe) - Said they would mail the title to me later. - Remember this is a cash deal, so they want me to leave the dealership without a title??? - Strike two 3) Next They decided they would not accept my Cashiers Bank Check - After getting agreement from both the sales guy (Chris) and the F&I guy Felipe, the man behind the curtain shut down the deal. - F&I Guy Felipe says they do not take down payments or hold vehicles as a policy - So how is this deal to work - Strike Three 4) They had no comments or solution for alternative ways to make the deal - Amazing, I guess they did not think i would leave. Most people trying to close a deal would look for or suggest alternate solutions. - Clearly, they don't have the experience in this area. 5) So net net, Direct Auto Mail, wants me to pay them in advance and wait until the cashiers check clears. But they will not give me or even show me a title for the vehicle. And I cannot take the vehicle until the check clears, 4 days in their estimate. - Then later that night the sales guy calls me and says I don't trust them. - So let me ask you, would you give someone you just met thousands of dollars to purchase a vehicle, and just leave, hoping your get a call back saying. Hey thanks for paying in full, the other day, your car is now ready? So in summary, if you choose to buy from this dealer. - Beware of the vehicle- check it out closely - Make sure they charge you the correct tax. - Do not take anything the sales or finance guy says as gospel - The guys behind the wall call all the shots. Not a customer friendly way to do business. - They do not know how to work with out of state clients or how to work cash deals. In my humble opinion, the dealership needs to train their team better on how to manage out of state and cash deals or just tell out of state buyers that they do not sell to out of state clients. Maybe the deals for out of state are few and far between, but you still need an experienced team to make a deal. Or if you are not letting the team make the deal, get out from behind the back room and meet the client. They are clearly not the right dealership for my needs. I hope this is a helpful review for both future clients and Direct Auto Mail of Framingham MA. More
