STAY AWAY - Liars, crooks. An issue every step of the way. STAY AWAY. LIARS, SCAMMERS, CROOKS. An issue every step of the way. I typed up a super-detailed review but it was actually too long to post. So he STAY AWAY. LIARS, SCAMMERS, CROOKS. An issue every step of the way. I typed up a super-detailed review but it was actually too long to post. So here is a summary: -Made an appointment, drove over an hour to the dealership. Was told someone else was looking at the vehicle and that I'd have to wait. I walked out and found the vehicle, nobody was looking at it. They were either lying to artificially create competition (most likely), or willing to sell the vehicle to someone else despite my appointment. -Dealership is a dump. Fold out tables and chairs, no separators between customers negotiating on vehicles. Waiting room looks like something you'd see at the hospital ER. -After making a deal, I waited 2 hours and 40 minutes to see someone from finance to sign papers. -Was told vehicle would be ready a week later, when I called it was not ready "because the bank was talking too long to process paperwork". I called the bank and determined this was a lie. -Sales guy agreed to drop vehicle off at my house so I didn't have to drive over an hour in rush-hour traffic. When he arrived, he jumped out and left the truck in drive. It started rolling down my driveway, he ran and jumped in and threw it in park. Close call. -After driving the truck for a few days, I noticed there we no inspection sticker. I called and asked why, and they said they don't give stickers. Would have been nice if they told me that. They dropped the truck off "ready to go". Uninspected is not ready to go. -When I went to get an inspection sticker myself 7 days after delivery, THE TRUCK HAD STILL NOT BEEN REGISTERED. I called the dealership, livid, and they got it registered. They emailed me the new registration. Had I not called, who knows how long it would have been before they registered the truck. -When looking into registration, I checked my bank accounts. I noticed the dealership filed for the new loan (meaning, they got THEIR money), BUT NEVER PAID OFF THE LOAN ON MY TRADE IN. So they got their money but didn't bother paying what they owed on my trade-in loan. On top of it, my direct deposit made an auto-payment to the old loan. I called the dealer, livid again, and they said the check was sent to the bank Friday (this was on Wednesday). I called the bank and they told me this was a lie, that they had not yet received payment from the dealer for the trade-in payoff. -I am still chasing them for the refund for the monthly payment that went toward the old loan after it should have been closed. They claim it has been sent but can provide no tracking number. They owe me $226. -I worked with Gus Lima in sales and Mariana Martins in finance, both were very polite but had a list of excuses a mile long and obviously weren't doing anything to resolve the major issues with my purchase. Bottom line, these people are liars, cheats, and crooks. They worked very hard to get THEIR money (down payment and loan from bank) and then put in zero effort to complete the other aspects of the transaction. They seem to prey on the people in the local community. The proof is in all of the negative reviews. All of which receive a generic response from some guy named Greg "Oh I'm sorry that happened, we will look into it". No resolution on any issues. I recommend people call the better business bureau to report issues they have had with Direct Auto Mall. This is not how to do business. STAY AWAY. More

Highly recommend When in to see an Acura and test drove the car almost immediately, no nonsense questions or anything. When viewing the car, I never felt rushed, pushed, or somebody hovering over me. We came in talked about price and then left, the whole ordeal probably lasted 25 minutes including the test drive. I took the night to think about it and decided to take it. Brought my father who has dealt with many dealerships before between him self and buying cars for his mother and said he was very impressed with Gustavo and would buy a car here. Like I said above, biggest thing was I never felt pushed or rushed into something I didn't want. It was a great job on their part and recommend. More
