Great salesperson; good dealer Lucy was great. She was very attentive to my questions and comments, in person, via text, or via phone call. She was helpful in ensuring I was getting Lucy was great. I would definitely recommend having her as a salesperson. However, the dealer left me slightly dissatisfied. I was given 2 free oil changes with my purchase and though we were told the oil in the car had just recently been changed, the dealer service center used one of my free ones before giving me the car. Additionally, I wasn't given a full tank of gas when I picked up the car; my car had less than half a tank actually. Lastly, the payment process wasn't made clear to me; I didn't realize that I had to pay before the dealer would go to the registry and it wasn't made clear to me up front, delaying the time for me to receive my car by a couple days. Overall, the dealer was good though. More
