David Valiente is the gentleman we were assisted by and he instantly turned a long, grueling day of shopping and asking questions without getting answers into a genuinely good time. He was personal and hilarious right from the start, he immediately embraced our stated limitations without EVER trying to push us *just* past what we could afford, he made us feel like we were dealing with an old friend but remained perfectly appropriate, professional and very knowledgable from start to finish. Ultimately he worked a great rate for us and we walked away owning a car that not only was in our budget but that we were proud to have been able to choose. His supporting and senior staff were just as welcoming. And unlike most dealerships-these people are truly great personalities--I was there for HOURS and not ONCE did anyone try to pressure or rush me; not ONCE did I see a disgusted look that I wasn't supposed to see; in fact I felt a sense of comradery and lots of patience. It's a big commitment, to sign on a vehicle, and he gets it. I am still shocked at what a great experience it was. I may never buy a car from anyone else! Definitely ask for David V!!!!!!!!! More
