I went in with the intention of getting an SUV because the 2000 323i bmw that I had didn't have the room I needed for my children nevermind for myself. One issue Our sales representative was excellent. He was informative, congenial and knowledgable. He presented all information in a polite and professional Our sales representative was excellent. He was informative, congenial and knowledgable. He presented all information in a polite and professional manner. We were extremely happy with the car and all that surrounded our decision. We did, however, encounter one problem. It seems that in our conversation with the sales representative we decided to make our loan for 72 months instead of 60. The representative told us that when we did this the rate would stay the same. This in fact did not happen. When we went to the finance person we were told that the rate was increased by more than one percent. At this point it was too late for us to change and stop, therefore we have signed and agreed to a loan that we were not happy with and that was not what we expected. The finance person, who was helpful did explain that perhaps we could sell this to another place. We had been approved at a lower rate by AAA and would have used them had we known. The problem with this was the timing and the need to make several changes that would have cancelled our agreement and perhaps we would have lost the car. This communication was the only problem that we incurred and hopefully we will be able to make adjustments that will negate the loan with Capital One when we get the car and can contact AAA.
