Automotive Avenues found a vehicle in the color and package combination I wanted, offered a good price, and delivered it before a financing deadline. In that sense, Automotive Avenues was successful. I was frustrated by the lack of communication regarding the ordered vehicle's location, status, and even package specifications. I also was not clear on Automotive Avenue's relationships with other dealerships and credit unions and how they may have affected this transaction. In the end, Automotive Avenues succeeded in the task at hand but there is room for improvement. More

I contacted Automotive Avenues after CU Denver recommended them to me. Initially, I was very excited to use their service. We discussed what I was looking for and they started a search. From that recommended them to me. Initially, I was very excited to use their service. We discussed what I was looking for and they started a search. From that point forward, the service went downhill. They would find cars and not have pictures or additional information (body condition, etc) for me. They would want to talk about offers and pricing before I could even look at the vehicle, let alone pictures of it. I would ask for more information and was told that I would get a call the next day, it never happened. I even had 2 follow up calls to see if I was being helped or if I was still interested. What the heck? I never received calls back with information and at this point, still haven't heard from them. This is the crappiest service ever. I will make sure that no one I know ever comes here. I ended up finding my own car and dealing with it by myself. What a waste of time. More
