I initially contacted Dan Krofta to ask about buying a 2013 Toyota Prius in September, and he discovered they probably wouldn't be sold until December of 2012. Oct. 30 to ask about getting my 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon appraised for trade-in value. When Dan told me that my Jeep with 29,000 miles would be worth $29,000 in trade I was surprised! Dan was able to track down the exact model of 2012 Prius (model 4) I wanted within minutes, but I was disappointed to learn that it would cost about $6,000 more than I was expecting. I decided to buy a Model 3 instead at a cost of $25,627 which Dan again located within minutes of my decision. I was SHOCKED to hear Dan ask if I wanted to take delivery of the Prius immediately, as I hadn't been expecting to actually 'buy' this car this soon. But how could I possibly pass up the chance to drive away with the exact vehicle I wanted AND get a check from Automotive Avenues for the difference? It didn't take a financial genius to to help me jump on this opportunity! So within 2 hours of arriving at Automotive Avenues, Dan Krofta (the 'Magician') was able to get me the exact car I wanted as well as a check for $3,373!!! Dan even contacted the original dealership (Stevinson Toyota) to have a salesperson help orient me to all the features of my new car afterwards. Now I realize my experience driving away with a brand new car and a nice, fat check is incredibly unique, but I cannot stress enough how overwhelmed I was at Dan's customer service, empathy and efforts on behalf! Most of us dread with a purple passion having to negotiate the 'shark-infested waters' of purchasing a new vehicle. To have a service like Automotive Avenues and personnel like Dan Krofta, actually made it FUN! Yes, I said buying a new car was FUN!! Now that I've felt like I won the New Car Lottery with my experience, I'm bragging to all my co-workers, friends, family and contacts on Facebook! Honestly I cannot see any reason why anyone would ever want to put themselves through the hassle of working directly with a car dealership when Automotive Avenues can ease your pain and swiftly (and enjoyably) get you the exact car you want at the exact price you want...or even BETTER! If you guys ever need a spokesperson to do a commercial singing the praises of your company, I'm definitely your man! Everything about the experience was very good. This is the second car I have purchased from Automotive Avenues. As soon as you get there they hand you a list of their inventory with the no-haggle pricing.
