I very much appreciated the "no-haggle" approach in my car purchase. Having already performed a significant amount of research using Edmunds' and Consumer Reports car evaluation services an approach in my car purchase. Having already performed a significant amount of research using Edmunds' and Consumer Reports car evaluation services and coupled with the automakers' website obtained car trim-line features and options, we had a fairly detailed view of the car and options we wanted and what a reasonable price might be for it. After finding a car for us that meet our requirements very closely and going for a "sanity-check" test drive, we were able to make a "buy" decision easily and quickly. The ease and speed of navigating the required paperwork for our car purchase was also a pleasant change from previous experiences with car purchases. Thanks Jim and Automotive Avenues! More

I loved how low pressure and easy it was to do business here. I was allowed to simply look at the entire inventory and choose a vehicle to test drive. We did much of the work over the phone one afternoon with only one major call on detail. I was able to drive 3 possibilities in one afternoon on a Friday and make my decision. It was also nice to be able to go out by myself and drive the cars on my own to get the feel of how they handle.The G35 was delivered on Monday in perfect condition. The driver was awesome as well. It was quite obvious that Customer service is you specialty as brokers! More
