I appreciated all of his help - he had to receive and send a lot of faxes to get all my insurance and financing arranged. I ended up being there from about 10 am - 3:30 pm. Almost all of that time was waiting for financial paperwork to get sorted out. Mark was helpful, but I felt a lot of pressure to accept a more expensive loan than what my preferred credit union offered me. Mark did try hard to get another credit union that works directly with AutoAves to match the rate of my preferred credit union, but it didn't work. I would recommend AutoAves because the cars seem to be great used cars and the staff is nice to work with. P More

The dealership was having an internet incentive program during the month of February. A $50.00 IKEA gift card for all vehicles purchased during that month. I bought a 2008 Jeep Compass and our deal closed on Feb. 6, 2012. I did not receive the gift card until April 9th by certified mail.
