Then, we met Jim Morrison, who made us feel welcome, while explaining how things worked. My most vivid impression of Jim (and Automotive Avenues) is NO PRESSURE!!! What a difference from the first dealer we visited. I'm glad my kids were with me, so they now know that buying a car doesn't have to be a negative experience, dickering with salespeople who always have to check with the "invisible manager" before making a deal. I asked to look at two of them and Christian took me from there. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was really taken with one of the cars and bought it the next day. The financing was straight forward and went very quickly. The finance guy answered all of my questions and a few I didn't know to ask. I went to Automotive Avenues with a short but very specific list of requirements I wanted from my next car purchase. - An Audi A4 or Lexus IS250 - 20,000 or less miles - Black or Dark Grey ext specific list of requirements I wanted from my next car purchase. - An Audi A4 or Lexus IS250 - 20,000 or less miles - Black or Dark Grey exterior - Black interior - Paddle Shifters (sport package) and Navigation I work from home and my Wife has a car so I had plenty of time to wait for their excellent staff to find me the right car. In the end I didn't get what I wanted…I got much much more and for an excellent price! My salesman, Dan Krofta called me and said "I think we have your car!" It was a dark grey Lexus IS 250 with paddle shifters and the navigation package and only 3300 miles!. He told me the price and sent over a short email with the list of the options the car came with. An incredible price for what was in essence a brand new car. I saw some interesting items listed in the options for the car…it came with all the base models options but also had things like "memory seats", "power adjustable steering wheel," and a "Rear Power Sunshade." I looked these options up and found in fact, this car came with the Luxury package which included many more features…a $2200 option at Lexus. I went to Automotive Avenues to pick up my new car and was excited to see it also had the F-Sport exhaust system, which is another costly option from Lexus. The car was in immaculate shape and the detail shop had done a great job getting it ready for me. I even had Auto Ave's install a clear bra which looked perfect. We took the car for a test drive as Dan prepared the necessary paperwork etc. with the finance department. Overall I was in the showroom for less than an hour, with no muss or fuss. Dan Krofta made sure he got me exactly what I wanted and was so nice to work with. I couldn't be more pleased and am so glad we used Automotive Avenues. More
