I have purchased cars from AutoAves before, but it had been awhile. I located the vehicle through the website, and submitted my contact info indicating that I was interested. I was quickly contacted to set up a test drive, and was provided with all the information on the vehicle via email ahead of time. The service was very friendly and low pressure; I was able to take the car for a test drive, and Chris demonstrated all the features. The financing process was relatively painless, and when I realized I did not have my current insurance card with me, Chris contacted my insurance company and had a temporary card faxed over within moments. The price of the car was great (below Bluebook, based on my research), and it was in near-new condition - impressive for a 2007. The friendly staff even allowed me to leave my old car on the lot for a few days, until I could get a ride back to the dealership to pick it up. Overall, a very easy and pleasant experience - and my new car is a blast to drive! More

Jennifer was very helpful in getting vehicles, and getting answers to questions I had if she didn't know the answer. Also she took it upon herself to look up information on the Kia Eco button on my ca getting answers to questions I had if she didn't know the answer. I had been driving my little VW Cabrio for 13 years. It had served me well, but it was time to say goodbye to it. I started looking in early January, and due to my crazy busy schedule, finding a vehicle w had served me well, but it was time to say goodbye to it. I gave him an idea of what I was looking for, went in and test drove a few vehicles, but there was one type of vehicle that I really wanted to drive before making my final decision and you guys didn't have one (Dodge Nitro). He found that vehicle for me and brought it in last Friday. I went in on Saturday, drove it and decided, IT WAS THE ONE! The whole process was easy and painless (almost painless...I cried when I drove out of the parking lot in my new vehicle and saw my poor lonely VW sitting there abandoned...I felt like a bad mom). On my first visit I got to visit with some people in the waiting room, some were repeat customers, everyone commented how easy it was to shop for a vehicle there. My return visit was just as pleasant. Austin Roberts gave invaluable advice on the vehicles I was interested in discussed pros and cons but was most interested in what my needs in a vehicle were. He explained all my loan options and created a very relaxed environment. It was pleasant just visiting with him while waiting for the paper work to clear. Craig Crowl II was just as friendly and helpful. He explained all of the options available without any high pressure sales pitch. All of the people at Automotive Ave. make the visit there a unique experience. You leave knowing these people on a personal level and feeling that although they are there to sell cars, they truly are about the customer. Thanks again.
