Through Bellco Credit Union my wife and I connect with Gerald Dwazo and we set up a meeting later on in the week. When we arrived at Automotive Avenues we were immediately greeted and were able to meet wi Gerald Dwazo and we set up a meeting later on in the week. When we arrived at Automotive Avenues we were immediately greeted and were able to meet with Gerald right away. Gerald explained the layout of the lot and told us that we were able to go off by ourselves to check out the cars and to just let him know when we were ready to test drive any of the vehicles. After some time, my wife and I had picked out a few cars that we wanted to test drive. Conveniently Gerald found us right after we had made our decision. After we test drove the first car Austin joined us. He asked questions to find out what we liked and disliked so he could help us compare vehicles and made us feel that he genuinely wanted us to get what we really wanted. Once we had decided on the Kia Forte, he led us back to his office where we got started on the paperwork. He was especially friendly and we never had an awkward moment (which was important to us because a few weeks prior our entire experience at Larry Miller Nissan was awkward and uncomfortable). He was remarkably helpful and worked with us to make sure we got everything we wanted. We then met with Jacob who explained everything in great detail since we're first time buyers. He was also incredibly friendly. Our overall experience was outstanding and we will definitely be coming back in the future. More

We had to purchase a car due to a car accident and the car being totaled and so it was something we did not want to do. After spending some unhurried time in the lot we were headed back not really findin car being totaled and so it was something we did not want to do. After spending some unhurried time in the lot we were headed back not really finding what we wanted and came across a car that was in our price range. After test driving it we decided to go in and talk payments. Eric was very patient and was gathering the info needed. After finding out cost we had to leave due to me being upset about the whole situation I was in (not b/c of Eric). After my husband and I left we talked it over and decided we could not pass up this good deal even though we did not want a car payment again. We called to make sure the car was still there and talked to Jim. Jim was informed about our situation and was extremely kind and helpful (like Eric) and got everything moving along before we got there. When we got there Jim and Eric were very understanding and accommodating towards us. What started out to be a nightmare (on my part) ended up being great. Thanks!!! More
