I went into Automotive avenues with really no hope of finding an SUV that would work within my budget and be something I liked. I was promptly greeted by Katerina Noskov. She really listened to what I needed and wanted. I had been to MANY other dealerships and the same result over and over had left me bitter. I didn't really think that the vehicle that I wanted was within reach. I test drove a beautiful 2010 Ford Escape Limited Edition. It was everything that I waned and much more. I had approval from my credit union already, but it had to fit within a certain mold. Katerina as well as the finance team went WAY above and beyond for me. I am very happy to say that they got me an AMAZING deal and I now have that Escape. I LOVE IT!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Automotive Avenues to ANYONE looking for that one car! I fully intend to continue doing business with them and will absolutely refer as many people to them as possible. Thank you!!!! More

Katerina even brought the car from Lakewood to Aurora to me so I can look at it and take a test drive. I did ALOT of research and kept coming back to Auto Aves because they really did have the best deals and the best staff. My fiance will be looking to purchase a used car in a few months and I will definitely be looking up Katerina. This was the smoothest auto transaction ever. I picked a car with Ms. Mensch showed it to my wife completed paperwork and I was out the door in less than 3 hours. My son was currently looking for a car the same week he went shopping at a large dealership they spent 2 evenings trying to getting paper work completed and they were tired and frustrated after working all day. After telling them about our experience they were sorry they didn't go car shopping with us. I'm sure we will be repeat customers as long as the car is as great as our experience. More

Great experience. I would recommend to a friend, already have about 10 times. When we came in to go to finance we had to wait 2 1/2 hours. We had already driven 2 hours to get to the location. It may not always be that busy, but it would help to have multiple people that can do the financing so your customers aren't waiting hours and about to walk out. Granted this was after our second trip to your location. So we had a lot of driving just to purchase the car. More
