The lying started right away when your "nice guy 63 year old manager" and the salesman both identified the person, who came over to sit down next to us, as the owner. Whoever he was, who spoke to us to try and talk us into the car, and by your own accounts, was not the owner. It was a complete fabrication by your employees, and shows that you accept lying throughout your agency, even lies coming from yourself. Your "nice guy" manager tried to put us in a deal that was a MUCH higher percentage in financing than the going rate, which he even admitted to us, so your answer of providing your "BEST RATE" is a total lie, which makes you being caught in two lies. Lastly, I am the third largest reviewer in New Jersey with over 2 million followers, which permeates into a 5x read, or 10 million views. That is a lot of people who trust my word. After all the lying you have done here, I think it is best to refer this to the two agencies who handle this best, the BBB, and the New Jersey Attorney General. Let them sort this out, and place the necessary fines where they belong, to protect the public. We will see how many of your "GOOD" reviews were written by employees and friends, instead of customers. Let the Star Ledger investigate who is telling the truth. I stand by my account of the facts. Lets see if you do under oath.

If you've read my responses in this forum, you'll notice I am more than willing to admit when we've failed. We are far from perfect, and do make mistakes. It's simply part of business. What I feel makes us different is our willingness to do all we can to make things right when we do fall short or disappoint a customer. Over our 10 years in business, we have maintained an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, and are proud to have received over 5,000 positive reviews from actual customers who have done business with our company. Our commitment to customer satisfaction is in sharp contrast to how the reviewer conducts himself. A quick Google search of his name shows that if anyone cannot be trusted it's him. This is a man who has failed to pay his debts in the past, and whose conduct has been characterized by a judge as "unreasonable", and in "bad faith". His comments are nothing more than an attempt to discredit us because we would not do what he wanted. Here is what actually transpired: The reviewer first insisted on a discount claiming he knows that we paid thousands less for the vehicle. We explained that as the highest volume dealer in the state, we work with a very low mark-up and our listed prices are "no haggle". Once we got past this, we moved on to financing, providing him the best rate we were able to obtain for him. He was still not satisfied and went on to tell us he used to own a dealership and "knows how all dealerships work". Keep in mind that our price does not change, cash or credit, and customers are welcome to bring their own financing if they feel they can get a better rate on their own. The fact is, the rate the reviewer claims he could obtain did not exist. If it did we would have offered it to him. Anyone who has visited our dealership knows we are anything but high pressure and there is nothing typical about the Largest Car Dealership in the state. The "slick manager" was our 63 year old Customer Relations Manager, one of the most mild mannered and respectful gentlemen you'd ever have the pleasure of meeting. NEVER once did he or anyone else follow the reviewer out to his vehicle. That comment is not only untrue but ridiculous as well. As far as the owner, that would be ME, and I did not say 2 words to the reviewer. I did not even see his face, but I guess his comments sound more damaging if he includes me. 2020 has been a tough year for businesses but I can honestly say I've met some of the nicest people this past year and as a dealership, we've made so many new friends. Unfortunately, this review is a reminder that there are still people in this world who have "zero" integrity, and are willing to lie through their teeth just to try hurt someone because they didn't get their way.
