Horrible Service! I found a vehicle I liked, emailed a representative and submitted a credit app. I received the credit app approval and called the representative on Thursday so make an appointment to com representative and submitted a credit app. I received the credit app approval and called the representative on Thursday so make an appointment to come in on Saturday to test drive the car and complete the purchase. So tonight, Friday night at 7pm right before they close they call me to confirm my appointment and proceed to tell me that the car I wanted was just sold! Then proceed to tell me they sell "lots of cars" and they go quick. They didn't even call me to say someone else had interest in it to see if I could offer more! What's the point of filling out the credit application and submitting it and making an appointment to see the car if you're just gonna sell it to another customer! Horrible! More
