I had an awesome experience buying a Jeep at Automotive Avenues. Russ Sabine, my salesman, was kind and extremely helpful. I had to get my purchase done during nap time, and he understood I had done my r Avenues. Russ Sabine, my salesman, was kind and extremely helpful. I had to get my purchase done during nap time, and he understood I had done my research about exactly which vehicles I wanted to test drive. He did not waste my time. As it was a Thursday, from start to finish I was able to test drive two cars, have my trade-in appraised, finalize all paperwork and be out the door in 2.5 hours. I appreciated that the price on the website was the true price of the car and no need to haggle. I would suggest Russ as the guy who sells you your next car at Automotive Avenues. More

Writing this review for the vehicle I purchased in October 2019 (Jaguar F Pace) from Automotive Avenues. When I bought the car, the mileage on it was 19k and the sales representative who helped me buy October 2019 (Jaguar F Pace) from Automotive Avenues. When I bought the car, the mileage on it was 19k and the sales representative who helped me buy it was Edward. He was a nice guy. After I took the test drive of the car, I was interested and had some questions which Ed answered for me. From some of my questions, one was about the service of the car, whether and when it was serviced before, and he assured that the service was done and before selling the car to me, AA will change the engine oil so that I am good until the next scheduled service of the vehicle which was on 32k miles or 12 months after buying(whichever comes first). With everything looking good, I purchased the car and was very happy with it. However, a couple of days ago when my car completed 32k miles and the dashboard showed Service due, I got one more alert which is Check Engine Light (CEL) was ON. As I was already going to take the vehicle to Jaguar dealership, I thought of getting my CEL checked as well. So after I gave my car to the dealership, I was informed that the CEL issue is related to Engine Timing Belt/Tensioner's condition and that it needs to be replaced. But since I have warranty on the car until 2024 or another 28k miles, I thought the CEL issue will be covered in warranty. Apart from what my understanding was, Jaguar dealer comes to me and tells me that this issue is not covered in warranty because apparently the car was never serviced or no oil change was ever done from the time it was sold to the 1st owner which was in October 2018 and hence there's no such record of it anywhere. Now the Jaguar dealer has given me an estimate of $4000 because of lack of previous service history and the car was not maintained as per Jaguar guidelines. Therefore even though I have warranty on my car, the CEL fix is not covered in it and the warranty is pointless because no maintenance was ever done, and this was a BIG lie told to me by Automotive Avenues when they sold the car. When I called them today to ask for any maintenance records they had for the car when they sold me, they said they don't have anything and that they cannot help. I CLEARLY REMEMBER EDWARD TELLING ME WHEN HE SOLD THE CAR TO ME THAT THE OIL CHANGE WAS DONE AND SELLING IT ON THE PRETEXT THAT THE CAR IS UNDER VALID WARRANTY. Now I am stuck in such a big scam and I regret buying a car from AA because with the enthusiasm they showed to sell me the car, they did lie to me about its maintenance, which is now causing a lot of problem to me and all of a sudden I don't even like my car anymore. Automotive Avenues need to be more transparent and honest with its customers. They have really good sales representatives who sell cars like anything, but they done realize the customer is putting their hard earned money to buy their dream cars hoping to not see any problem with it, and even if the problem occurs, warranty should take care of it. They need to be more empathetic and honest. I hope the owner gets to see this review and understands the nightmare I am going through right now. In the end I feel cheated, mislead and ripped off my hard earned savings for buying my dream car from Automotive Avenues. More
