Very POOR customer service. Beware before you buy! Without a doubt the worst car buying experience I have ever had!!! I sent countless emails that took days to get an answer to. Friday night I asked the salesperson to call or text me Saturday when I could see the car. No response. I called Saturday on my own and set up a time and gave them a deposit to hold the car. As I am leaving my home to go see the car I get a call car is sold. The person on the other end did not know about my emails from the past week or the fact I had put a deposit down. The salesperson I talked to was off? Wouldn't you think she would have made someone aware of a potential sale or maybe checked her email? There is no communication at all with the salespeople. Shortly after I get a call back you can still have the car if you want it! Unbelievable! They said they were sorry numerous times and blamed it on the COVID virus. I would have been OK if they just said we messed up and offered a small discount to me as a customer to make things right. Needless to say no offer for all the trouble, and I did not purchase the car. I am worried about the quality of the dealership if this is how they treat a customer. Very bad experience!!! More

I purchased a Dodge Ram from Automotive Avenues this week and Max Orozco was the salesman. Max is a very knowledgeable salesman in the auto industry and was straight to the point . As any good salesman should, he was understanding of any questions and concerns I had and he was very knowledgeable of the situation experience.
