Since he was already staying late to show us the vehicle, we decided to come back the next day to finish the paperwork. Mark helped with all the paperwork. Was very thorough and made sure we understood everything and was happy with our decision. They both made the process quick and painless. Even got a phone call from Patrick two days later to make sure we were happy with our choice. This was the 3rd dealership we visited and chose this one by the customer service we received.
