Check your car for tires, driving manual, car jack I purchased a car for nearly $20K three weeks ago. A week after purchasing the car, I had gotten a flat tire in inclement weather with my two children I purchased a car for nearly $20K three weeks ago. A week after purchasing the car, I had gotten a flat tire in inclement weather with my two children and wife in the car. I attempted to change the tire myself. Only to discover that my car did not have a car jack, car manual or the special lug nut key to remove the tire. I had to have my car towed. I had to order a special lug nut key, which took four days to ship. I contacted my sales person Brian to ask if they could send me a car jack. Brian told me that technically Automotive Ave does not have to sale me a car with a jack. I had asked to speak with a manager. Brian suggested that I call back during the week, as Fridays are too busy to speak with a manager. I have since attempted to contact a manager numerous times without success. I have spoken to at least six people who have told me that they will have a manager contact me. I still have not spoken to one. I suggest that if you buy a car from this place to check in see if the car has good tires, driving manual, car jack, and proper lug nut key, and spare tire. I hope nothing else goes wrong with the car. I would dread having to use the extended warranty. More

Best car experience ever!!! We saw a car a 2015 Honda Civic on the dealers website. Then decided to go to right to the dealership. Max was are salesman.
