Great Experience with Greg!!! I went to Automotive Avenues on the Saturday during Memorial Day Weekend 2018. The dealership was the second out of three that I had planned to visit that day. I had picked out selected GMC Acadias at different dealerships that I wanted to test drive. I wanted to look at and test drive two GMC Acadias at Automotive Avenues. I was nervous embarking upon this car buying journey since it had been 15 years since I purchased a new vehicle and that previous car buying experience was nerve racking. Plus, I was still so attached to my 2003 Chevy Suburban, but my beloved ‘Bertha’ was falling apart. Hence, it was really past time to buy a new car. My Sales Consultant at Automotive Avenues was Greg Marotti. He was wonderful! I found him to be kind, straight-forward, helpful and informative. He was patient when explaining to me the inner workings of the vehicle and was not annoyed with the numerous questions I had about the vehicles I test drove. He understood that buying a car was a major purchase for me and he took his time to make me feel comfortable by giving me the time I needed to test drive both vehicles, look them over carefully and write down copious notes about the vehicles. The only reason I did not purchase a vehicle from Automotive Avenues is that I found a newer model for a great deal at the third dealership I visited that day. Buying a truck from a different dealership was a difficult decision for me because I really appreciated the ‘honest’ vibes I received from Greg and would’ve liked him to have made the sale. I felt as though Greg really appreciated my business. Hands down Greg was the BEST sales professional I interacted with that day. I would definitely recommend Greg as a sales consultant at Automotive Avenues. Please request him when you go to Automotive Avenues. You won’t be sorry that you did. More

They will not tell you about the hidden fees unless you question them about it. I drove the car during the day when I purchased it but on the drive home from work that night I realized that my headlights did not work and one of my wipers was broken as drove in the rain. The very next day I took it back and they repaired my headlights and wiper. Overall I would go back as this is my second vehicle I have purchased from them. More

Greg was cool, Mark was classy So I found a car I liked, noticed the price but really didn't like the mileage, there was another similar vehicle with less than half the mileage but So I found a car I liked, noticed the price but really didn't like the mileage, there was another similar vehicle with less than half the mileage but was a bit out of budget, Gregg was honest and told me "maybe it's too much car". The car I wanted was in an accident and it's clearly disclosed on their website via carfax, I dug up everything I could on the car, vehiclehistory.com was 10x better than carfax for this. Turns out it wasn't a huge crash, low speed, not on the front but on the side, not with another vehicle or pedestrian (thank GOD!). Just a normal crash were it was fixed and the owner still drove it like another 20k on his lease and then the dealer sold it hence why it was about $5k below value. They saw I was still unsure of my "mechanical genius" powers and THEY told me about getting it inspected prior to purchase, so I did. Great remarks later from a AES? certified Mechanic and I was sold on the vehicle being as Greg said from the beginning "it's a great car" (man of few words) Recommendation to those thinking of purchasing at Automotive Avenues Don't waste their time, they won't wast yours. Recommendation to Automotive Avenues I say this because I feel reputation is probably 60% of your business, Add vehicleHistory.com report to your arsenal especially with a car in accident. Best for the buyer to be told by you rather than find out alone and try to bad mouth you to a possible buyer without warrant. More
