WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE We went on the lot after closing time and fell in love with a truck that was not on the main lot. We went home and did research and found this was the best deal around and filled out the application online. The next day after work we went in and it was like 1,2,3. Quickest Car Buying Experience Ever AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! My wife and I put in an online request to test drive a 2013 VW Tiguan the next day. When we arrived at Automotive Avenues, we were beyond impressed with the service. We dealt with Mike Rich who went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we wanted. Just 2.5 hours later, we left with the car! They made sure the car was cleaned and spotless before we drove off. We didn't think we would leave with a car that day! Quickest car buying experience ever. We've had the car for a couple weeks now, and Mike followed up with a courtesy call to see how we feel about the car and to thank us for our business. Used car sales experience I bought a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from this dealer. After being told they would not negotiate on the list price, I had them finally agree to I bought a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from this dealer. After being told they would not negotiate on the list price, I had them finally agree to an amount that basically covered the Tax and admin fees (which were plenty). Literally 2 days after the sale, my 18yr old son broke down on the hwy. $2,000 later my long time family mechanic got the car running again. After speaking to Bill (one of the managers) he agreed to provide a refund of approximately $300 to help cover some of the cost. I was not looking for a full reimbursement as I very much understand the "buyer beware" aspect of used car sales. The fact is that after agreeing to provide the credit (in writing) I NEVER received the money. As an update, Bill reached out to me and after being apologetic for the misunderstanding and the delay in sending out the check, I have since received the check as promised. He offered further assistance in looking for another car for my next son to be driving. In the end, Bill and the dealership kept their word. More
