Dmitry greeted us and guided us through the whole process. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of of the potentially nerve wracking process. He and everyone else involved, including Frank and Sharon, made us feel comfortable, and they all demonstrated amazing patience in dealing with our inexperience in buying from a “used car” dealer. Dmitry was essential in the whole process and assisted in dealing with the insurance, the technology, and clarifying all of our options.
