The employees at the service shop were very friendly however, it’s way too backed up leaving individuals still under manufacturer warranty, or even extended warranty waiting an excessive amount of time. however, it’s way too backed up leaving individuals still under manufacturer warranty, or even extended warranty waiting an excessive amount of time. A person should not have to wait 2 to 6 weeks to have a diagnostic performed. Keeping a car for a while for service is understandable but simply waiting just for the first step of a diagnosis should be done promptly. More
