Hyundai will provide lyft or uber within 10 or 15 miles. My address is more than that. They have provided me with a rental car without me asking. I also, left my house keys and she waited for me. My experience at Hyundai Carlsbad was absolutely awful. I called ahead to make the process as smooth as possible, yet when I arrived, the car wasn’t ready. I had already secured financing through my credit I called ahead to make the process as smooth as possible, yet when I arrived, the car wasn’t ready. I had already secured financing through my credit union, but they still dragged me through their entire financing process for no reason. To make things worse, I ended up waiting 3.5 hours for the entire ordeal to be completed. The dealership was clearly understaffed with a lack of knowledge—so much so that they had to call someone from another location just to have me sign a tablet for documents. The car I purchased was a Tesla with only 9% battery. They didn’t know how to charge it, didn’t have the right equipment, and basically left me to deal with it. I had to drive it to a Supercharger and pay out of pocket to fully charge it. No compensation, no apology—nothing. The whole experience was disorganized, inconvenient, and completely unprofessional. I would never recommend Hyundai Carlsbad to anyone. More
