I came in for an oil change but noticed I had something wiggling in the back that needed looking at and also was curious if they could fix a scratch on my vehicle. I just drove in from S. Carolina where the service was superb. I would have liked to have them go over the warranty and expectation of the manufacturer and then define for me that what they recommended as an upsell that was not really recommended by the manufacturer. With all this wonderful technology why are auto makers building vehicles that the battery goes dead in a couple weeks if the car isn't driven. More
