She was easy to talk to and work with back then and so when I was in the market this year, I knew I had to go back to her. Like last time, Esme was a pleasure to work with. I liked that she listened and respected my decision to not have the add-ons. I also liked that she was direct with me by saying “If we can do X for you, do we have a deal?” rather than having a laborious back and forth that most of us have probably experienced when working with a car salesperson.
