There was a lack of communication between the gentleman I ordered the tires from and my advisor. It was after 5:00 when I picked the car up and no one knew what the price of the tires were. Servive was poor again. The team was able to do my oil change and tire rotation in about 1 hour. Unfortunately the techs are very sloppy no plastic on the seats or floor mat cover. Oil or grease on my das change and tire rotation in about 1 hour. Unfortunately the techs are very sloppy no plastic on the seats or floor mat cover. Oil or grease on my dash board / glove box. Usually its on the seats but this time only my glove box. Car was not washed nor was it offered. The service protocol which has not been filled out the last few times, i requested to be completed but it was only done partially. I am not sure if i have to pay a premium service fee to get my car taken care of in a more cautious way. Service reps on the phone suck as well. Always rushed hang up without any courtesy or saying good bye. Bob Baker Subaru just plain sucks and has done so since i first went there. Unfortubately they are by far the closest to my house. Anyhow, if you can buy or service you car elsewhere.... do so and do not give them your business. More
