I took my Subaru Forester in for it's first scheduled maintenance to Bob Baker Volkswagen Subaru in Carlsbad & had a great experience. I had a scheduled appointment time & was greeted right as I pulled maintenance to Bob Baker Volkswagen Subaru in Carlsbad & had a great experience. I had a scheduled appointment time & was greeted right as I pulled in to the service area by Erik Lopez who got me checked in & told me it should take about 90 minutes to do the service. I went for a walk & returned in 90 minutes to find my vehicle's maintenance completed (including a wash). Erik completed the paperwork & my Forester was delivered to me in a couple of minutes, looking great. Erik was pleasant, efficient, & informative. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you! Brought my car in with an issue with the Eye Sight Sensor. Feel my issue was not handled well and that my concern for safety was not taken seriously.
