I took my 2009 Outback in for an airbag replacement. It was a recall effort. Zack, the service rep, was outstanding. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I had expected a 2-hour repair but he told was a recall effort. Zack, the service rep, was outstanding. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I had expected a 2-hour repair but he told me it would take several days as they were backed up with the airbag recall work. He gave me a great loaner car for the 3 days at no cost to me. The work was finished the following Monday as promised. Great dealership. More
