Brought our Outback in for airbag recall, in the insuring replacement the command screen was cracked. It took a few weeks for the replacement unit to arrive. Brought my car on for shaking. Assessment was I had after market rims and spacers and they would not service the vehicle. The stated they removed one (1) rear driver side wheel and the lugs where very loose. market rims and spacers and they would not service the vehicle. The stated they removed one (1) rear driver side wheel and the lugs where very loose. Stated the spacer was damaged and said they repaired it. I was rather alarmed considering I just drove 500 miles with the shaking and what danger I or others could have been put in. So I took the car to another mechanic and he removed all four (4) tires and found that one other tires was missing a spacer. I did have a tire rotation done at another facility that is the blame for the missing spacer. But that is not the point. The point is that Subaru COULD HAVE AND SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AT ALL of the tires to determine the cause of the issue. What if they sent my on my way and the wheel fell off? Could that have been the cause for the issue. If you maybe took a little more time to look at the my car maybe you could have done the same. It should be noted that the advisor said since they are aftermarket rims that they cannot help. But if look at all the cars parked on the road outside the dealer. 90% of what are assumed to be the mechanics Subarus ALL HAVE AFTER MARKER RIMS. I will never buy another Subaru and I will never recommend anyone go to bob baker Subaru. Furthermore I will never trust a dealership service center to do anything in the interest the of the customer. More

The experience shopping on the website to in person was bad. We set an appointment via email and when we arrived the car we were to see was still in detail and it took over an hour of waiting to find it. bad. During that hour waiting for our salesperson to find the car, no other person engaged with us. The person who emailed to set the appointment did not perform a good hand over to the salesperson who ended up helping us out. The other issue is that if you apply for financing online, they still need to re-enter all information in to a different system. The finance process should be streamlined in to a single system to cut down on time in person especially during the pandemic. I refied my house with less hassle. Overall though, our salesperson Christy was very helpful and professional given the other issues we had More
