Honored costco pricing for the car I wanted, so felt like I got a good deal. The sales people (in-person and internet) were professional, eager, and helpful. There was a lot of waiting before and in Finance even though I was upfront about having to leave to get a child from daycare by a certain time. Also, I'm still waiting to get my spare key, since they couldn't locate it at the time of sale. More
