Once I was able to have my car taken in, and after the diagnostic process, I was able to discuss with Zach the electronic/computer issues with the BSD/RCTA (Blind Spot Detection/Rear Cross Traffic Alert system). He informed me of what to expect, what would happen with my car and how long it would take. He made it very easy to understand what was going on with my car and what needed to be repaired/replaced. With Zach's help, I was also able to have a loaner vehicle available for the duration of this service repair, which went by quickly! This eased my worries for the time I would be without my car. In addition, I was covered under the Gold Plus Warranty, which is well worth it. The deductible saved me from some high out-of-pocket expenses. I highly recommend purchasing the Gold Plus Warranty with any new Subaru and especially from Bob Baker Subaru!
