I used a buying service and got a call from Soren. He was the third salesman to call. Over the phone, he checked inventory for what I said I wanted and sent me a quote for the car that matched. The next day I was greeted for my appointment by Dustin Thompson. He was professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, everything I could want. We took the car on a test drive and I was sold. Dustin did his part of the paperwork with me very efficiently and set me up with their finance department. The person in the Finance Dept., a young man with an Hispanic name, was also friendly and efficient. He showed me my options but didn't pressure me one bit. My overall experience was great and I'm very happy. More

My lease was up on my 2017 Jetta S and I wanted to look at the new Jetta’s and upgrade a bit. Robert helped us out by showing us the Jetta SEL (main goal was leather seats) and letting us take it for a tes at the new Jetta’s and upgrade a bit. He answered all our questions and when the car was ready and it was time to drive off, he sat with me and end over a brief overview or the car and helped me understand everything.
