My lease was up on my 2017 Jetta S and I wanted to look at the new Jetta’s and upgrade a bit. Robert helped us out by showing us the Jetta SEL (main goal was leather seats) and letting us take it for a tes at the new Jetta’s and upgrade a bit. We left and the next day decided to get prices to see our options. Robert was so quick to respond to our text messages and sent us a lease quote. He got us such a good deal that we knew that was the car for us. He helped us fill in as much paper work as we could before arriving to pick up the car. Robert helped with returning our lease and picking up the new car. He answered all our questions and when the car was ready and it was time to drive off, he sat with me and end over a brief overview or the car and helped me understand everything.
