I was treated very well, with everyone respecting my concerns about covid safety. I was a bit disappointed, however, that I brought my car in for a recall and when I picked it up I found that it wasn't concerns about covid safety. I had thought what's checked before I came in. This required me to take off part of two days of work to take my car in and pick it up. I was given a loaner and everyone there were very very nice, but that just added additional time. More

We negotiated and and instructed Luis exactly what we wanted, how much we would pay and told him the experience we wanted. We wanted to come in and have all the paperwork done and ready to sign quickly. None of the paperwork was digitized and we sat for an hour in half waiting for paperwork, managers and finance. It is amazing that this can't be done in a more customer friendly way. More
