I had made an appointment to bring in my car in for a recall concerning a air bag. I was given the appointment two months out, and told it might take more than one day. I was concerned that I might nee recall concerning a air bag. I was given the appointment two months out, and told it might take more than one day. I was concerned that I might need to leave the car o ver night and that complicates things. I had my ride home arranged. I was greeted nicely at my 8:00 appointment and left. To my surprise they called about 10:00 and said they were finished and my car was ready. I could have just waited there instead of finding transportation. However I was pleased how well I was treated and and the attendant was very professional. More
