Took my car in for a safety recall and another malfunction. The service advisor seemed miffed at my presence, plus they let me drive all the way home in a crappy rental car before they realized t malfunction. With no recourse, I had to drive back and get my vehicle. They were obviously busy, and the department manager gave me his direct line to schedule my return visit, otherwise I would’ve rated the service 1 Star. More
