We brought in the car at 10am on my day off, we were told 2-3 hours, after 6 hours I had to call in and get the status and was told it wouldn’t be done until the next day which I had to work. I have 2 kids u 2-3 hours, after 6 hours I had to call in and get the status and was told it wouldn’t be done until the next day which I had to work. I have 2 kids under 2 with car seats in that car and I had to take our other car to work the next day so my wife was without a car for the full day. When we picked up the car it was not even washed and nothing was offered us. Not a good experience More
