3 hour wait with an appointment I’m not sure how a dealership schedules appointments and how workload is allocated. I can understand waiting maybe one hour but, three hours until my I’m not sure how a dealership schedules appointments and how workload is allocated. I can understand waiting maybe one hour but, three hours until my car made in into a bay with a scheduled 9am appointment is ridiculous. You need to put yourselves in your customers’ shoes because we would rather be elsewhere rather than waiting at the dealership for hours on end on any given day. Maybe, if there’s a delay, you can inform the customer? Maybe? More

Zach, very approachable, knowledgeable, taught me a few thin me a few things about my car I didn't know. I would like to have him as a son-in-law. He will always be my first choice as "advisor".
