No Pressure I knew exactly what I wanted, a Red 2019 Jetta GLI with the 7 speed semi-automatic transmission, so there wasn't a whole lot of selling involved. I especially enjoyed working with Terry Heitger, I have purchased other new and pre-owned vehicles from car dealers in the past and have almost always walked out thinking I would never go back! Not this time, as I feel like I could stop by and ask Terry for information or help and he would be more than happy to take the time and help. Finance is always unpleasant, but I wasn't happy about being shown the payment delta versus the cost of an option when requested. Felt like it was a slick way to NOT negotiate, so I declined on most of the options. That is why I rated 4 stars instead of 5. Still near perfect! More
