She did, so we contacted Joshua Perry, got a quick response, and we came up that weekend. I didn't plan on taking any action during this visit. We just wanted to kkow numbers and set expectations for future decisions. Well, Josh was very friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, not pushy, and he let me go off-roading in the Ascent! We discussed numbers, my situation, thoughts, and feelings and he got me andeal inwas comfortable (and happy) with. He was not salesman-like. No real pressure. We just had honest discussions and I was very comfortable working with him, even when my husband was not able to sit down with us during the negotiations. The paperwork was done pretty quickly (we have had to wait half an hour at Kearny Mesa when we were the only customers at 9pm.....twice). The person who did the paperwork for me (sorry, I forgot the name!!) was also very friendly and not pushy about the add-on options. Loved our experience. Worth the drive and our time. Love the car.
