Thank you to Hugh and Bob Baker Subaru for making it so easy About two months ago I was considering the new Subaru Ascent as a future purchase and walked on to the Bob Baker Lot hesitant to "deal" with Car Sales About two months ago I was considering the new Subaru Ascent as a future purchase and walked on to the Bob Baker Lot hesitant to "deal" with Car Salesman. I was SO very lucky to have found Hugh who not only was kind and patient with me, he really heard me when I said I wasn't ready at that time to buy, but wanted to know more about the new Ascent. We went on a test drive, he explained the car head to toe to me. So It was a no brainer yesterday when I was ready to go back and buy the vehicle, I contacted Hugh and let him know I was ready who met me and went over three different models and drove me to three different storage lots so I could find exactly what I was looking for. In the middle of doing this Hugh was kind enough to meet us out at the last lot again so that my Husband who had just left work could meet us out at the lot Hugh lined the two cars up I was trying to decided side on and let us go over the cars. Needless to say, I am VERY Happy, I highly suggest if you are going to Bob Baker you ask for Hugh (are you hearing me ladies, he was kind, patient, thorough and not pushy at all!!). I love my new car, and grateful to Hugh for making it easy. Thank you!! More
