I ended up buying because Bill Toolen went out of his way to find a car that he thought would be right for me. There was actually nothing on the lot that interested me at the time of my visit, but received a call from Mr. Toolen when something arrived. I have since recommended Bob Baker VW to several people, with some having purchased, and would continue to recommend. At the time the car was difficult to get ahold of but Bill found the exact car I wanted and had it delivered that day. I didn't get talked into anything out of my price range or a lease I couldn't afford. It was just a straight transaction and they gave me the best price of several dealerships. I love my car and I am so happy I bought it at Bob Baker Carlsbad. I've had the scheduled free maintenance and they are always accommodating and running on time.
