Jim quickly erased our pre existing negative concepts about car sales people and listened carefully to our particular situation and needs. He suggested that he thought a Subaru Forester might be exactly what we were looking for, but also showed us a number of other alternatives for comparison. We took a test drive in a Forester with Jim and he thoroughly explained all the features of the car. We decided that it was indeed a good fit for our needs and proceeded to purchase a new 2012 Forester. We now have driven it more than 16,000 miles and have been very happy with the car and with the service we have received at Bob Baker. We really appreciate the help Jim provided and now also consider him as a good personal friend who we have recommended to a number of our friends should they ever consider purchasing either a Subaru of VW at Bob Baker.
