I got a brand new Mazda CX-5 grand touring in 2018, the paint started peeling like 6 months ago. I went to check with the car dealer where I got the car. That’s bob baker Mazda Carlsbad. They even sold me a warranty that I can’t use in paint and is pretty much worthless. For which I paid a lot too. They told me oh yeah that happens because the environment and a bunch of bull****. That’s it. And your guaranty already expired after the 3 year. My car is 4 years old and the paint is already peeling and they don’t gave me no solution more than pay a new paint like I should expect that to happen in a brand new car. So terrible customer service and for that I would not buy a Mazda again. And I won’t recommend. They dealer should at least offer to fix the problem or give me a Good discount towards fixing the paint problem. but I got nothing! More

Got a stone on the road, leaving again for a long trip at the end of the week and needed a new windshield in a hurry. I was appalled that Subaru charges $1500 for a windshield replacement. That price is truly offensive and more than $1000 above what the insurance company will pay. Safelite (who probably did the repair for you anyway) quoted that they would do it for the insurance reimbursement + the deductible, which would have cost me only $500. Unfortunately they had no appointments this week so I had little choice but to submit to your larceny. I am still waiting to hear from Erik Lopez to get a properly itemized bill that breaks out the cost of the windshield replacement from the cost of the Eyesight calibration. My insurance company needs separate numbers for those two categories. He won't return my calls. I also really want to know what the $200 charge for "Other" on my bill is for. That sounds like something to take up with the Attorney General car repair fraud division. As does your entire bill for this routine and common job. More
