Within the first month of moving here from Michigan I visited the Bob Baker Subaru location for an oil change. Brian assisted me with this appointment and went above and beyond. He informed me about the process throughout the day and even offered to stay late for me to come pick up my car. Zack also assisted with the next needed service and explained to me that car stuff happens to everyone and helped me to feel more comfortable about what my car will need in the next few months. I am very pleased to find such a great dealership here in my new hometown. Everyone outside the service center stopped to make sure that I was being helped and I learned something new from each employee I interacted with. I highly recommend taking your Subaru to Bob Baker Subaru and might even ask for a job just to be able to be around such kind people. More
